Tideborn Command
Tideborn Command asks you to manage a small armada across a post-flood world. You salvage wreckage, bolt together new ships, and fend off raiders while keeping your floating colonies fed. The pace is brisk but pausable, which is a mercy on a touchscreen where fat-fingering an order is a real risk.
What I liked most is that there's no single winning strategy. You can turtle up with heavy defenders, run fast raider packs, or focus entirely on trade routes. The AI adapts, so a build that crushed one mission stumbled hard in the next. It kept me experimenting.
Menus can feel dense on smaller phones and the tutorial rushes a bit, but push through the first hour and it opens up beautifully. Sessions are meaty — expect twenty minutes minimum per campaign push.
